With LA CABANE you will be travelling in a mountain shelter, in the French Alps.
With its Chamonix spirit, this restaurant is a cosy bistro offering various cheese specialties, such as Fondue, Raclette, Tartiflette, and for which LA CABANE has already become very famous within the French community in Shanghai.
But you will also be amazed by the wonderful selection of other traditional dishes <du terroir> which our Chef brings to a regularly changing and exciting menu.
It goes from the very popular Boeuf Bourguignon to the melting in the mouth Duck Magret, a very refreshing salad with avocado and smoked salmon…
If you are a grilled meat lover, you might be enjoying what we call home a <Pierrade>.
Several delicious pieces of meat (beef, chicken, pork, lamb…) cooked by yourself on a stone at your table.
All of it paired with a beautiful selection of wines !
